Axial Cooling Fans

Main Components
Motor
An electrical motor is the primary input source in an industrial cooling fan assembly.
Rotor Shaft
The rotor shaft is connected to an electric motor with an intermediate hub. The hub transfers electrical energy to the rotor shaft.
Impellers/Blades
The blades or impellers are the components that cut through the surrounding air to form a fluid drag. The blades are mounted on the rotary shaft at a specific distance.
Fan Casing
The fan casing is a metal casing that houses the whole assembly.
Applications
Industrial cooling fans are used for industrial de-dusting applications. These fans are used in the ventilation system that allows the clean flow of air into the workspace.
Industrial cooling fans are used in HVAC systems, as they are susceptible to multiple temperature rise and drop incidences. Therefore, fans are used for temperature control.
Duct exhausts find important applications of industrial cooling blowers or fans. In this system, the blowers are used to drive away from the hot exhaust gases from an area.
In the boiler systems, large centrifugal fans are attached to the boiler walls or surroundings to drive away exhaust temperatures.
Shipping
Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Most items will be sent UPS. Items that are too large or too heavy will be sent by truck. There is a minimum $60 shipping fee for truck deliveries. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. Twenty-four hour notification, residential deliveries, lift gate, or inside deliveries are available for an additional charge.
